Red – raspberries
Orange – satsuma
Yellow – ginger root
Green – spinach
Blue – blueberries
Purple – blackberries, blackcurrants
White – Almond milk
Tan / Brown – ground flaxseed
Black – chia seeds
Ingredients
1 cup mixed frozen berries – raspberries, blueberries, blackberries, blackcurrants
Couple handfuls of spinach
1 satsuma, peeled
1 inch ginger root, peeled and grated
200ml almond milk
1 tbsp ground flaxseed
1 tbsp chia seeds
200ml filtered water (and more, if thinner consistency desired)
Method
1. Put all of the ingredients in a high-speed blender and blitz until thick and smooth.
2. Add water until it’s at the consistency you like.
3. Serve and enjoy! Pour into two glasses and add extra water until it’s the consistency you desire
