I'm a certified Nutritional Therapist based in Oxfordshire. My passion is to support busy and stressed out mums to make simple and sustainable diet and lifestyle changes to boost energy, reduce cravings, lose weight and nurture a healthy relationship with foods so they can feel and look amazing and be the mum they want to be.
I believe being a mum is a constant juggling act! And when you're busy looking after everyone else one thing that can easily slip is managing your own health. Your health and wellbeing are important - you can't pour from an empty cup!
I believe you don't need another diet, you need a personalised, sustainable plan and someone to support and guide you through it. I do not work with restrictive diets; my plans are focused on what you 'can' rather than what you 'can't' eat, leaving you healthy, happy and in charge of your own health. I work 1-1 with clients online in the UK and globally.
I offer free 30 minute health reviews, Nutritional therapy packages from 6 weeks to 12 weeks and one off Health MOT's.
