I am a registered Nutritional Therapist, Functional Medicine certified Health Coach, and Pharmacist specialising in supporting women with perimenopause and menopause. I am a Member of the British Menopause Society and have attended many training sessions.

The sheer number of symptoms can make you feel like you're going mad. Or you might assume that this is what getting older feels like. If you've ever tried to make changes to your diet and lifestyle to improve your health, you'll know that it's more complex than you first think. Good intentions and willpower aren't usually enough when making changes that stick.

 

There are many ways to support your health during perimenopause and menopause. With my background as a pharmacist, I can talk you through the various lotions and potions available. I never push a specific option, and you would need to talk to a doctor if you decide to go down the HRT route, but it means you can be well-informed about what's available.
