My name is Nicola and I am a health coaching practitioner. I am passionate about working with busy mums who want to balance the demands of their careers & their role as mother, partner and homemaker with time for their own health, so that they can feel full of energy, reach a weight they are happy with, and enjoy real self-confidence again, without ever having to sacrifice eating well.

 

You may be wondering when you last had time to really think about your own health goals since we tend to place ourselves at the bottom of our to do lists. Work with me and I will help you reach the weight you want, with energy levels to keep up with the kids, whilst creating sustainable healthy habits to get that glow back, inside and out. After all, what do we really have without our health?

 

Through nutrition and lifestyle guidance, I will show you the essential steps to regain control of your health, whilst addressing any barriers and limiting beliefs that may be getting in the way. By reaching your own health goals with the right support and accountability, you will experience a new energy and self-confidence you may not have thought possible.

 

Before building my health coaching practice, I spent a number of years working as a textile designer in the UK, travelling to European trade events and living in India then South Africa. I had spread my wings and experienced plenty of adventure before settling in Cape Town, my current home from home, where nurturing my own young family became my priority. Life got busier and busier juggling the needs of my little ones, work and our home life. As a result of two critical life events in my late 30’s and early 40’s, I found myself needing to change my priorities and examine what health really means to me. A difficult fertility journey, and a serious accident were pivotal tipping points. I decided to retrain as a health coach and it has been life changing for me ever since.
