My business is called "New Vitality" and I work in the Dublin 18 area & Co.Wicklow. I am based in Rathmichael and also in the Elysian Therapy Salon in Leopardstown, Dublin 18. I also visit client's homes upon request.
 
Generally, my clients are women who have lost their way or feel "stuck" in terms of nutrition and healthy eating, having developed patterns in their diet and lifestyle which they would like to revitalise with expert guidance and accountability.
 
I mainly work one-to-one, coaching the client to make small, gradual changes where necessary, working at their pace to help them reach their desired goals. Often clients need weight management guidance or may perhaps have lost their "mojo" and want their old energy back. My clients want permanent lifestyle changes and not "a quick fix". I also work with small groups.
