My goal is to help women get back to their best self, to show you that nutritious food really can taste great and make you feel amazing! I love real food and simple cooking using the freshest ingredients.
I work mainly with women who are struggling with the symptoms of hormone imbalance, looking to improve their overall health and looking to lose weight healthily. I am trained in health coaching, which is vital when helping you to take back control of your health. I run 10-week bespoke nutrition and lifestyle programmes and also 4-week online groups.
After being diagnosed with a women's health condition after a long and frustrating period of trying to conceive, I visited a Nutritional Therapist. I had been taking fertility medication for 18 months and felt run down, helpless and at a low ebb. After my first appointment I felt like someone had finally listened to me and helped me to take control of my own health. As a result I was very lucky to enjoy two healthy, natural pregnancies and this kindled a passion about the powerful effects of nutrition.
I made a decision to give up my busy career and qualified with distinction from the renowned Institute for Optimum Nutrition (ION) in Richmond. In addition to my clinical work at Venus Nutrition, I am a business mentor with Zest4life and a guest lecturer at ION. In my spare time I can be found walking up the Surrey Downs with my very loyal Miniature Schnauzer, Monty.
I also regularly run on-line 28-day programmes for groups and company employees.
