Hi, I'm Hannah, and I work in the field of Women's hormonal health. My aim is to empower you to take control of your well-being and any symptoms of the perimenopause or hormonal imbalance that you find difficult to live with. I want you to live a life full of vitality and find yourself again (or find who you will be).


I understand that you may be feeling less able to deal with stress, more worried, more tired and with a sense of loss of who you are, and if so, then think about putting yourself first for once, apply your own oxygen mask, whatever you have been told, that is not selfish! As a Nutritionist I love getting to know how people's lifestyle and health history have formed who they are today. I work with a scientific evidence based and functional medicine approach that looks at the person as a whole, rather than an individual symptom. I have a bespoke approach as in nutrition everyone is an individual and there is no one size fits all plan.


I can also work with teenagers if they need some help with a healthy diet.
