Hello! I'm Domi, Registered Nutritionist and Nutritional Therapist. Beyond nutrition, I'm also a Personal Trainer and enthusiastic instructor behind different fitness classes. I teach unique Bounce and Burn on mini trampolines, Yoga & meditation, Pilates, and spin classes.


I believe that health, especially in the fast-paced world in which we live, is a journey that requires a holistic approach that addresses multiple aspects of well-being. With a rich background in holistic well-being, I specialise in stress management, burnout, relaxation techniques, weight loss strategies, and improving sleep quality. We work together to tailor a personalised plan that suits your needs and resonates with your lifestyle and goals.
