Louisa's Keto Crackers

Ingredients

50g flax seed

50g sunflower seeds

40g sesame seeds

40g chia seeds

40g pumpkin seeds

120ml Water



Method

Heat oven to 170

1. Blitz seeds in a blender / Nutri bullet for a smoother texture, or leave whole.


2. Add water to seed mix and allow to sit for 30 minutes.


3. Spread out thinly on two oven trays lined with parchment paper. Use a top layer of

parchment paper to make spreading easier - the thinner the mix, the crispier the cracker.


4.Use pizza cutter or sharp knife to score out the cracker shapes.


5. Bake for 30 minutes, then turn over and bake for further 30 minutes.


For different flavours – add the following to the wet mixture:


Italian – 1 tsp each oregano, basil, garlic powder

Spicy – ½ tsp chilli flakes, 1 tsp curry powder

Cheesy – grated parmesan cheese or 2 tbsp nutritional yeast
