I'm Sarah, a Registered Nutritional Therapist and Health Coach, and I specialise in Perimenopause and Menopause Health. I work with busy, health-conscious mid-life women to regain control of their body, emotions and energy, through the power of nutritious food & good lifestyle habits, without being restrictive in food choices, and in ways that fit easily into their already demanding lives.

In my 1-2-1 consultation programmes, I like to leave no stone unturned when it comes to your health and your future self, to ensure that the recommendations I make are unique to you. This includes taking the time to capture your full health history and using industry leading, reputable functional testing for hormones, gut health and genetics, all of which have a huge role to play in the health of your menopause.
I run my busy practise from the beautiful county of Shropshire, and I conduct all of my consultations online via Zoom, meaning that location is no barrier to us working together. In fact I have worked with clients from all across the UK, Spain, France and the US.
