Working within the financial services sector for over 20 years, of which most was spent doing 12-hour days in the City, definitely took its toll on me. I was highly stressed, fatigued and felt bloated most of the time.

When my daughter was born in 2015, I knew it was time to change for myself and my family. I decided to find a nutritionist to help me and very quickly realised that my mindset switched from a diet mentality to a desire to be healthier and I discovered which foods gave me energy and mental clarity and which would make me feel bloated and fatigued; I learned to love good food rather than feeling controlled by it and discovered that what we eat defines what we are. I quickly decided that this was the vocation I wanted.

I graduated after a 3-year intensive course including over 200 clinic hours, with the College of Naturopathic Medicine.
I live in Warwickshire with my husband and daughter.
