Karen's Chocolate Bom Boms

1 can chickpeas rinsed and drained

3 or 4 tbsp maple syrup

2 tbsp almond nut butter

1 tsp vanilla extract or vanilla bean paste

1 ½ tsp cinnamon

Pinch of Salt

40g dark chocolate chips

2 or 3 tbsp cacao chocolate

1 ½ tbsp coconut oil

1 bar 70+ dark cooking cacao chocolate


1. Blend the chickpeas

2. Add in all the other ingredients except the cooking chocolate.

3. Roll the mixture into balls and place on a tray.

4. Put into the freezer for a couple of hours, and enjoy!
