Cinnamon Fruit Porridge

(Serves 1)

40g whole porridge oats

1/2 - 1 tsp ground cinnamon

1 tbsp mixed seeds

Plus any fruit - chopped or grated (or whole if berries)


1. Place the oats in a small pot and cover with water.

2. Bring to the boil, then gently simmer, stirring until the porridge thickens and the oats soften.

3. Stir the cinnamon, seed mix and fruit into the porridge or just scatter on top.
